DC TO DC COVERTERS

• Isolated DC-DC converters are widely used for applications in which there is a large difference between input and output voltages. Isolated half-bridge and full-bridge converters can handle up to 1 kW or so. Isolated DC- DC converters are used in power supplies for cell sites where direct-current distribution is utilized.
